TCC offers programs to help reduce stress and build confidence in those we serve. Some of those programs include one-on-one mentoring, socializing, preventing relapses, cognitive behavioral training, and preparing individuals to be job-ready. We also have a semi-pro football team that utilizes the principles of sports psychology to help nurture independent success.

Empowerment through Sports Psychology
Through the understanding of sports and exercise psychology and its psychological/physiological principles, we are able to empower and motivate athletes to strive for their career goals and personal successes. Athletes learn skills from techniques that are associated with sports and apply it to daily life.
These learned skills will help players stay focused and purpose-driven. Building upon and using concentration, visualization, and performance skills on the football field will help them play in the 'field of life'. Transforming aggression into positive teamwork is one of the ways our sports program empowers players to be successful in life.
