Founded in 1996, WARM’s mission is to repair, rebuild, and make homes accessible; and to inspire service, generosity, and hope.

WARM provides free, safety-related home repairs and accessibility upgrades for low-income homeowners. Common services include flooring/subflooring repair, plumbing and electrical repair, roofing, window and door replacement/repair, accessibility ramp construction, grab bar installation, and stairs and landing construction. Many of the people we serve are elderly, people with disabilities, and/or veterans. WARM helps people on fixed-incomes age in place safely by preventing home accidents and illnesses - preserving their dignity and independence.
