Z.E.C.A., Inc.'s Motivated Minds Mentoring Program provides mentoring and tutoring services to 7^th and 8^th grade at-risk students in order to improve their academic motivation and performance, academic self-concept, and decrease the school drop-out rate.

Z.E.C.A., Inc.'s Project S.A.F.E. step afterschool provides tutoring, and cultural arts instruction to students in grades K-5.

Z.E.C.A., School of Arts and Technology is a NC K-8 public charter school providing full day educational services to students in Onslow County.

The purpose of Z.E.C.A., Inc. is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children ages Zero to Eighteen by fostering a stimulating and educational atmosphere which will promote each child's unique social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
