Who We Are
In combat a Casualty Evacuation is stated as CAS-EVAC for short. The US Army CAS-EVAC is explained as “the movement of casualties aboard non-medical vehicles or aircraft without en route medical care.” CAS-EVAC walks with veterans and their families through the challenges they face until they have received the resources and assistance they need. Veterans who in the past were left to fight their battles alone have CAS-EVAC to assist “Every Veteran, Every Time” CAS-EVAC provides highly effective assistance to veterans through rapid response, coordination with government and local organizations, and following through with the veteran until their need is met.
Our core values are CIRCLE-
Compassion- For the complex challenges facing veterans
Innovation- To find more effective procedures to adapt to technological and societal changes
Resolve- To stand with our veterans as we succeed within the scope of our mission
Connection- Keeping in contact with veterans so they are never alone as well as our organizational partners
Loyalty- To our veterans and donors to effectively utilize the resources entrusted to CAS-EVAC
Encouragement- Embracing all of aspects that make the veterans we serve who they are and treating their challenges with the importance and urgency they deserve.
Our motto is “Every Veteran - Every Time”
What We Do
CAS-EVAC prescreens organizations to verify who is eligible, how long it takes to begin assistance, and how long assistance is provided. We create a continuum of care for our veterans by aligning them with the right organizations at the right time while giving them the confidence that CAS-EVAC has their back.
