Case Managers

Compassionate persons needed to provide support to a wide range of clients with mental illness and disabilities and help to maintain their wellness. Volunteers will meet with clients regularly to determine any needs, address client concerns and maintain timely and accurate case notes. Volunteers should have knowledge of community resources, possess time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
