The JPR Pet Food Pantry is a community outreach program with the Jaded Paws Rescue. Through our program, we provide FREE pet food/supplies to families that are low income, and or financially struggling. Our goal is to assist families back up on their feet, and to help them maintain the custody of their pets through a difficult time.
We are in need of the following supplies:
- Heavy duty trash bags
- Dog food
- Cat food
- Litter
- Leashes
- Collars
- Donations/Funds
How can you get involved?
- Volunteer positions (Clerical, community outreach, social media, food deliveries and or pick ups, stocking shelves, cleaning the store front.)
- Donating funds towards the purchase of pet food, and or rent/utilities of the building. On average we spend about $2500 a month to keep the doors open and the shelves full.
- Donating gas cards for the volunteers to use for deliveries.
Requirements:
- Must be consistent and ON TIME.
- Must have decent communication skills
- No sexual/and or assault charges on record
- Must have own mode of transportation
- Must have a current drivers license, and active insurance.
