Each year, Possumwood Acres Wildlife Sanctuary becomes a temporary home to dozens of orphaned baby animals—from nestling birds to tiny squirrels. These vulnerable patients need frequent feeding, warmth, clean bedding, and lots of care to survive and grow strong enough for release back into the wild.
