General Summary: This position is responsible for assisting in all clerical duties of the ReStore.
Responsibilities
- Display excellent customer service skills to donors, shoppers and volunteers both in person and on the telephone
- Prepare document packets to be sent over to the Affiliate Office
- Organizing & filing office materials & documents
- Operating fax machine to transmit documents and processing incoming fax transmittals
- Ordering supplies for the ReStore through the Affiliate Office Supply List
- Scheduling donation appointments with call in/walk in donors
- Assisting in answering phones, & taking messages
- Create/Post informative information for customers, donors or volunteers
- Maintain order of the front office area
- Use Microsoft Word & Excel to create or maintain information
- Assist other volunteers and staff as needed
Qualifications
- Must be people-oriented, flexible, enthusiastic, and willing to advocate the mission of Crystal Coast Habitat for Humanity
- Must possess the ability to: Plan, organize and handle multiple functions simultaneously & communicate clearly and courteously, both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required
- Must possess the ability to operate Microsoft Word and Excel
Schedule
- 6 month – 1 year commitment
Daily Details
- Minimum 2 days per week for 2 hours
